Arte Escondido: client follow-up reminders

The client

Arte Escondido works with many clients at once, shared between several people in the team.

To know which clients needed a follow-up message, without relying on anyone's memory or checking lists by hand.

I designed and implemented an automation in Google Sheets.

Each person in charge has their own tab with their clients, sorted by urgency and colour-coded: red if contact is due, yellow if it is coming up soon, green if everything is up to date.
After speaking to a client, they tick a box and the date is recorded automatically.
Every week, each person receives an email with their pending clients and a direct WhatsApp link. Management receives a summary of everyone.
Everything is set up from the sheet itself: what is tracked, how often each client should be contacted and who receives each reminder. No code needed.

Move forward by days or weeks, mark contacts and watch the reminders arrive. You can try it with different types of business.
