Let repetitive tasks run themselves

I design simple workflows between the tools you already use so certain tasks happen without you having to remember. Every workflow comes with documentation so you can understand and maintain it.

Illustrative examples

Tasks that can often be automated

These are examples for guidance, not promises. Every business uses different tools, so the first step is to check what's feasible for you.

Reminders that send themselves

An appointment or payment reminder you currently write by hand could be sent automatically from your calendar or spreadsheet.

Data that goes where it belongs

When someone fills in a form, their details appear neatly in the spreadsheet or CRM you already use.

Files that organise themselves

Documents named and saved in the right folder, without anyone having to remember.

Ready-made first replies

A welcome or confirmation message sent instantly, so you can follow up properly when you have time.

AI applied thoughtfully

Summaries, drafts or message sorting as occasional support, always reviewed by a person.

Your situation

If you do something the same way every week, it can probably be simplified. That's where we start.

Workflow

Our approach

  1. 01

    Understand the process

You walk me through how you do it today and which tools are involved. We check what's feasible and which parts make sense to automate.

  2. 02

    Design and test

I build the simplest workflow that solves the problem, then we test it with real cases and refine it.

  3. 03

    Documented handover

You get a clear explanation of what it does, how to check it and what to do if something changes. No black boxes.

Not all tools can connect to each other, and not every process is worth automating. Part of my job is to tell you honestly when it's not worth it.

What do you do the same way every week?

Describe it in your own words. You don't need to know how to automate it: that's my part.
